If your paddling gear fails we want to help you get back on the water as quickly as possible. If our product fails within one year of the original purchase date due to a manufacturer defect, you can quickly receive a replacement by returning the product to the store that you bought it from or by contacting us directly. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or abuse will not be covered, however it may be eligible for a quick repair at a reasonable cost.
Exclusions: Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It is voided if the product has been used for commercial use or has been altered.
