If your paddling gear fails we want to help you get back on the water as quickly as possible. If our product fails within one year of the original purchase date due to a manufacturer defect, you can quickly receive a replacement by returning the product to the store that you bought it from or by contacting us directly. Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or abuse will not be covered, however it may be eligible for a quick repair at a reasonable cost.

Exclusions: Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It is voided if the product has been used for commercial use or has been altered.

REPAIR FOR NON-WARRANTY

First, contact us to discuss the repair and obtain an estimated fee for the repair. If it is determined that you would like to send us a product for repair, you will be responsible for shipping the product to the address above. Include a clear description of the defect as well.

If service is required in a country that is not the country of purchase, you need to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations and be responsible for all customs duties, value add tax (VAT), and other associated taxes and charges.
